We recently acquired the Xpert Pro 150/3100 brake press, offering next-generation process speed, flexibility and bending accuracy as well as intelligent inbuilt automation features. 
The Xpert Pro 150/3100 allows us to save time, increase bending quality, and as we constantly endeavour to improve our carbon footprint - the machine’s Energy Saver function also allows us to reduce power consumption by up to 30%.
Intelligent in-built curve generator software simplifies the bending process, generating bend deduction, spring back and radii factors automatically without the need for time consuming testing.
Precice material thickness is measured and automatic dynamic pressure is regulated with the company’s fifth generation Crowning technology. Bending has never been as accurate or repeatable as it is with the Xpert Pro. 
Inbuilt automation ensures high volume bending is quicker than ever, while ensuring high levels of precision. Whether producing a one-off product, or high volume, the Xpert Pro ensures the highest repetition and accuracy. 
Automatic tool protection ensures the load placed on tools is monitored by the machine at all times, using pressure sensors and programmed maximum values - avoiding dangerous situations where a tool may fail.
